Appetizers

Roasted beets with sliced oranges marinated in a pomegranate molassses and Balsamic vinaigrette with Feta cheese.

Calimari stuffed with crab and braised in seafood stock and tomato.

Smoked Duck Breast    $10.50

Duck breast smoked in -house over hickory and served with a roasted pear half and dried cherry mustard sauce.

Oysters   $10.50

Our sepia pasta with fresh oysters in a light white wine and cream sauce.

Crab Cake    $10.50

Lump crabmeat, onions and sweet red peppers grilled and served with a Dijon mustard sauce.

Entrees

Mushroom Lasagne    $18.00

A mix of three mushrooms baked with our Ricotta, Provalone cheese, and homemade pasta, served over mushroom infused bechamel sauce.

Chicken Antelao    $19.50

Breast of chicken roulade, with chicken forcemeat, dried mushrooms and Romano cheese, served with polenta and Marinara sauce.

Shrimp Rossa    $23.50

Shrimp sauteed with artichoke hearts, shrimp stock, tomato, and a touch of cream, served with Basmati rice.

Seafood Pescatore    $23.50

Sea scallops, shrimp and fish fillet poached in a full-flavored seafood stock with a white wine and shallot reduction and julienned sweet red peppers.

Pork Dijonaise   $23.50

Scalloppini of center cut pork tenderloin sauteed with pork stock, white wine, Dijon mustard, and a touch of cream.

Braised Short Ribs    $23.50

Tender braised beef short ribs with a sesame ginger sauce over barley.

Filet Mignon    Market Price

Centercut 8-oz. beef tenderloin served with a dried mushroom butter.

All entrées served with a tossed green salad, market fresh vegetables and accompaniment.
