Our own ricotta blended with goat cheese and scallions in a chive crepe with chive oil.

Three Mushroom Quiche $9.50

Shiitake, Oyster and Button mushrooms with Emmenthaler cheese, served with a Balsamic onion relish..

Cauliflower and Prosciutto Ravioli $10.50

Ravioli made with our pasta, cauliflower and Parmesan cheese, served with a light Prosciutto and Parmesan sauce.

Seared Scallops $10.50

Seared Sea scallops served with fresh asparagus in a shallot and lemon vinaigrette.

Crab Cake    $10.50

Lump crabmeat, onions and sweet red peppers grilled and served with a Dijon mustard sauce.

Fresh asparagus over our ricotta cheese blended with artichoke hearts, wrapped in a sheet of our pasta with a light white wine, cream and chive sauce..

Chicken Antelao    $19.50

Breast of chicken roulade, with chicken forcemeat, dried mushrooms and Romano cheese, served with polenta and Marinara sauce.

New England Seafood Dinner $23.50

Sea scallops, shrimp and fish fillet poached in a full flavored seafood stock with potatoes, carrots and a touch of cream.

Shrimp Tarragon $23.50

Shrimp sautéed in a light tarragon, white wine and cream sauce served with Basmati rice.

Rack of Lamb $24.50

New Zealand lamb roasted to order with rosemary and roasted garlic butter.

Braised Short Ribs    $23.50

Tender braised beef short ribs with a sesame ginger sauce over barley.

Filet Mignon    Market Price

Choice centercut 8 oz. beef tenderloin served with a dried mushroom butter.

All entrées served with a tossed green salad, market fresh vegetables and accompaniment.
