Shrimp wrapped in Nori and smoked over Hickory. Served with a sherried onion relish.

Seared Scallops $8.50
Seared sea scallops served over an artichoke heart and lemon pesto.

Lump Crabmeat Salad $9.50
Lightly dressed lump crabmeat served with pickled red onions.

Roasted Garlic Flan $7.50
Silky and light flan made with roasted garlic, served with grilled eggplant and a roasted red pepper sauce.

Calamari Antelao $9.50
Calamari braised until tender in seafood stock and white wine, with tomatoes and capers.

Crab Cake $7.50
Crabmeat, onions and sweet red peppers grilled and served with a Dijon mustard sauce. (Also available as an entrée $16.75)

Sea scallops, shrimp and fish fillet in a full flavored seafood stock with tomato and roasted garlic.

Roasted Duck Breast $22.50
Roasted Pekin duck breast with a Quince and Pomegranate molasses sauce served over Basmati rice.

Shrimp Basil Sauté $21.50
Shrimp sautéed with Chardonnay, shrimp stock, fresh basil and a touch of cream served with Basmati rice.

Chicken Antelao $18.50
Breast of chicken roulade, with chicken forcemeat, Romano cheese and dried mushrooms, served with polenta and Marinara sauce.

Berkshire Pork Tenderloin $22.50
Scallopini of pork tenderloin sauteéd with red peppers, roasted garlic, fresh herbs, white wine and lemon, served with Parisienne Gnocchi.

Filet Mignon $26.50
Centercut beef tenderloin sauteéd with a dried mushroom butter.
