Silky and light flan made with roasted garlic and served with grilled eggplant and a roasted red pepper sauce.

Seared seal scallops served with artichoke heart and lemon pesto.

Shrimp and Calamari tossed with vegetables and pasta in a roasted garlic vinaigrette.
Calamari Antelao $9.50
Calamari braised until tender with seafood stock and white wine, with tomatoes and capers.

Fresh fish fillet lightly dipped in egg and sautéed with lemon and caper butter.

Sea scallops, shrimp and fish fillet poached in a full flavored seafood stock with tomatoes and roasted garlic.
Shrimp Basil Sauté $22.50
Shrimp sautéed with white wine, shrimp stock, fresh basil and a touch of cream served with Basmati rice.
Chicken Antelao $18.50
Breast of chicken roulade, with chicken forcemeat, Romano cheese and dried mushrooms, served with polenta and Marinara sauce.
Pork and Gnocchi $22.50
Scallopini of pork tenderloin sauteéd with red peppers, roasted garlic, fresh herbs, white wine and lemon, with Parisienne Gnocchi.
Filet Mignon $26.50
Centercut beef tenderloin sauteéd with a dried mushroom butter.
